This project involved the complete renovation and modernization of a two-level penthouse apartment located in Tel Aviv.
The property was fully stripped to its structural shell before reconstruction began. Every major system and finish was replaced, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, windows, custom cabinetry, and interior finishes.
Special attention was given to creating open living spaces, maximizing natural light, and connecting the interior with a large private terrace. The result is a modern luxury residence designed for comfort, functionality, and contemporary urban living.
